There WILL be change, good or bad, come January. Tonight or in the morning, we will know who will be leading this Country.
I'm not big in to politics, I listen, make my decision and vote. To me, regardless who takes office it's never what they say anyway. It's times like this that make me stop and wonder what it would be like if people were to dig into the life of Christ, as some do into politics. How many people might be brought to Christ if people were to tell others about Jesus Christ as much as they share their views of the Candidates running. How much we would learn and know about the history of, the present and the coming days of this world...if we only listened to the tv stations that share Gods word, His love and goodness, even attend Church and REALLY listen to the message. Instead of all the "political" talk at ballgames, work and etc., how would it be if we talked about God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Think about it......wouldn't that just be great! I'm not sure why we don't feel as free about sharing Christ when that is the ONE thing we are suppose to do!

it stands out for all to see its beautiful changes it goes through. On the other hand, there are some that change and hide amongst the non-changing.
Which one are we...honestly. Have we been changed in Christ and show HIM everywhere or are we changed, but hiding HIM amongst other stuff?
Christ is the ONE CONSTANT, the ONE STABILITY we have....so whatever the change may be, through this election, remember to put all your trust in God. Like the song goes...."only trust Him, only trust Him, only trust Him now.....He will save you, He will save you, He will save you now."
MARK 13:31....Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
STUDY NOTE: In Jesus' day the world seemed concrete, dependable, and permanent. These days many people fear its destruction by nuclear war. Jesus tells us, however, that even if the earth passes away, the truth of His words will never be changed or abolished. God and His word provide the only stability in our unstable world. How shortsighted people are who spend their time learning about this temporary world and accumulating its possessions, while neglecting the Bible and its eternal truths!
We need to start sharing more of HIM and LESS of this world.
God bless you and yours.....

Preach it, sister! That was a very good message today. Very fitting for my thought, also. Good to see you this past weekend!
