We need your help!
The Jolly Elders of Meadville United Methodist Church,
less Barbie Bassett, will be a Team for Relay for Life this year. The theme of our Team is "BRING CANCER TO CHRIST" in which we will have a special tent set up....one for prayer and meditation. With all the fun and activities going on that night, we need not forget who is REALLY in charge. Anyone will be welcomed to come in and pray alone, pray with a friend or we would be glad to pray with you. It will also be a time people can come in and give GOD all the PRAISE AND GLORY for the healing power He has given and continues to give to so many in the way of their cancer.

The Jolly Elders will not be selling anything on that night, May 15, but are asking if you could please help us at this time. We are having special T-shirts made...Royal blue & I'm also going to try for a hot pink if you prefer that color, with white writing.

On front is a stethoscope

and on back it says....

"Bring Cancer to Christ....the Great Physician". On the right sleeve (as you can see above) MUMC Jolly Elders is printed.

ALL proceeds will go to the Relay for Life. If you would just like to donate to us, please feel free to do so.

If you would like a shirt AND OR give a donation please send/or give to me your name with shirt size, color (blue or pink)...adult s, m, l, xl, xxl, xxxl along with $14. Again, feel free to donate anything above that.

Send to:

MUMC c/o Joddie spring, PO Bx. 548, Meadville, Ms. 39653

You may make your check out to me and I'll take care of it from there. For more information feel free to call me at 601-384-6680.

Relay for Life and the Jolly Elders THANK YOU in advance!

John 5:8-9...Then Jesus said to him, "Get up! Pick up your mat and walk." At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked.

PRAISING GOD FOR THE THINGS HE HAS, IS AND CONTINUES TO DO!!!!

God bless you.....

Oh, I definitely want a shirt! Will connect with you at church about size, etc. Also, am working on getting a stack of CDs together for you. God has been so merciful to me in healing cancer...every day is indeed a blessing!
