I'm a little late with the update on our Church bazaar but here it is. MUMC's bazaar brought in over $5000.00 this year, with money still coming in. Items that didn't sell November 4 are left in the fellowship hall of the Church for a wk. or 2 where items continue to sell. It started at 8a.m. but we had early birds before that so things sold rather quickly...PRAISE GOD! Above is a picture of the lamps the Jolly Elders worked on this year. Gourd lamps, jar lamps and even a few basket lamps with flower arrangements in them. We had a WONDERFUL time as a group working together and our hearts growing closer. Other items provided were: Jelly's and jam ----

Pickles, bread, hot chocolate mixes, pies........

Stain glass, book marks, barb wire crosses, cards, jewelry, paintings.....

Blankets, clocks, wreaths, and too many other things to name. 3 silent auction items were also provided by 3 members of our Church and each one was very special in their own unique way.

Also in the downstairs area of the Church was a "Grandmother's basement" which is like a garage sale.

Last but DEFINITELY not least....actually the one thing EVERYONE really counts on is Mr. Mark's cooking. Mr. Mark and wife June provide breakfast consisting of biscuits and sausage and by noon there are plenty of hamburgers to purchase for lunch. They have for many years been dedicated to this part of our bazaar and it's always GOOD and filling! God has truly been good to our Church and our members to have their health to use their time and talents once again this year.

With the proceeds going towards the Steeple with chimes, which has been a ministry within itself in the Community, we give God ALL the Glory for the goodness He allows us to have. May we all continue to give of ourselves to Him on a DAILY basis to do His will. How can we not want to live as He ask us to when He blesses us, as unworthy creatures that we are, with such goodness.

God IS good..ALL the time....All the time...GOD IS GOOD!
